I am a coffee consultant and educator whose goal is to help my clients create the highest quality coffee for their customers as well as gain an understanding of the beautiful complexities of the seed to cup process.
I have a degree in Food Science & Technology, from Cal Poly Pomona, and over a decade of experience in the coffee industry. I have worked for large and small companies, operating in a variety of different roles, ranging from front of house to roasting and production manager.
Working as a barista, quality specialist, food safety coordinator, head roaster, cold brew manager, production manager, and certified Q-Grader, I have streamlined production, increased productivity, created robust food safety plans, and developed profile roasts & blends.
In my vast coffee career, I have generated the skills and knowledge that are essential for running a successful coffee company and want to share them with passionate professionals and business owners. I have a full understanding of a wide variety of coffee roasting machines, different roasting techniques, and industry relevant standards and regulations.
